The Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper (DSP) 126902 is new to the 2012-2013 Catalog and I ordered immediately! – it is to be delivered tomorrow! Hmm….I think this just might turn into a July Workshop card!

I just love the colors and the fact that she used circles and polka dots in the flower!
